How can we get young black men in a positive way?

I want to hear every body solutions. All other and I know the problem, but I want a solution to the problem. Screw being politically correct to be honest. Not refer to slavery, or refer to other races of men. You know the "other races to do for" bull shit. This particularly black children. Yes I know, there's good black guy over there do the right thing but most are not. Do not deny the truth! What do you think is the solution for young black boys in a positive way?
