How sweet it is changing Shimono 10 speed rear derailleur 105 vs Shimano Ultegra SL rear derailleur?

I know that the Ultegra is lighter, but besides that I am interested in performance. I have a Cannondale Synapse 5 alloy with Ultegra chrank together. The rest of the bike stock.
