how do you change brake cables on a bike that has disc brakes?
i have just bought a saracen hardtail mountain bike with front suspension. it has disc brakes on the front and back and i need to put new cables and pads on it.
1. how do i change both front and back cables?
2. how do i know what kind of brake pads i need? and are they specific to the type of caliper?
A) Take it to a shop
B) get a buddy that knows how to work on bikes to show you
or C) go to a shop and buy a repair book.
